Step #1 – The Initial Remodeling Consultation

Our first meeting is complimentary! There is no charge or obligation. This session typically lasts around two hours, during which I’ll address your most pressing questions. By the end of this meeting, you’ll have a clear understanding of both the feasibility and potential of your home. This empowers you to make decisions with confidence, knowing your chosen course of action is the right one for you.

Step #2 – The Design Phase

Where’s the “WOW” factor? Unfortunately, far too many remodelers are wed to the “easy” sequence of remodeling – structural elements first, followed by whatever color scheme and details seem to click. But this is completely backward! And your project will suffer as a result.

How can you make decisions on all the pieces of the puzzle if you don’t have a grand, overall vision of the end result? The goal should be a finished remodeling project that transcends the ordinary; one that makes people swoon over an extraordinary renovation. This takes the work of an artist!

From the moment we meet until the project is complete, the focus will be geared toward answering that primary question: “Where’s the “WOW” factor? What vision do you have for your home? Do you even have one? What hidden elements might you have that has great potential but gets easily overlooked?

Time spent in the Design Phase pays tremendous dividends in both creativity and cost-effectiveness. At the end of the Design Phase, you’ll have a complete set of 3-Dimensional plans that will guide all parties toward a perfect finish.

Step #3 – Getting It Built

My role during the construction phase is to bring together all the professionals who will bring our vision to life. You and I will select the materials that achieve your goals while balancing the appearance, performance, and cost of each element.

The ultimate goal is a home that is perfectly suited to your desires!
